**The factory in St. Thomas will be our largest and most competitive cell factory with a total volume of up to 90 GWh.** PowerCo will produce the first cells as planned in 2027, followed by demand-based ramp-up of mass production. With the unified cell and the standard factory concept, we have laid the technological foundation for robust, competitive and flexible cell production and can react to the market.

Mustafa Bulut is the interim CEO & COO of PowerCo Canada Inc. He is a highly accomplished executive with over 25 years in the automotive industry across engineering, production planning, and plant management.

Chief Procurement Officer

Meredith Gibbons

Meredith Gibbons is the Chief Procurement Officer of PowerCo Canada Inc., building on over a decade of experience in the automotive and procurement sectors. She is an experienced and innovative procurement leader in the North American market and previously served as head of IT and Innovation Procurement with Volkswagen Group of America, Inc., leading numerous initiatives in unifying departments, brands, and business units.

Chief Financial Officer

Brent Hinson

Brent Hinson is the Chief Financial Officer of PowerCo Canada Inc., building on more than two decades of experience across finance and accounting, information technology and factory startup settings. Previously, Brent worked for 15 years in various finance functions with the VW Group, including Chief Financial Officer of Volkswagen Chattanooga, and Senior Director of North America Region Finance with Volkswagen Group of America Inc.

Norman Wickboldt

Norman Wickboldt is the Chief Human Resources Officer at PowerCo Canada Inc., leveraging over two decades of extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across global automotive and industrial sectors. His career includes pivotal roles at Volkswagen AG and Bentley Motors Ltd, where he specialized in HR strategy, organizational development, digitalization, labor relations, and personnel development.
